Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most commonly used type of bearing. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel and are heat-stabilized to 300°F, produced with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and adheres to EMQ standards. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes, with all forgings and heat treatment completed in-house. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and holds numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
