Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating efficiently at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F and feature ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each Ors bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment completed in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager from Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and boasts a production facility covering 1,000,000 square feet.
