Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are engineered to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating efficiently at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes a rigorous 100% noise testing procedure and is produced to EMQ standards. Ors offers both double-sealed and double-shielded bearings with snap rings available in most sizes. The company's manufacturing processes, including forgings and heat treatment, are conducted in-house at its expansive 1,000,000 square foot production facility located in Ankara, Turkey.
