Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads, allowing for operation at higher speeds, which makes them the most widely utilized bearing type. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and manufactured to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 under a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, within a 1,000,000 square foot production facility. The company has received various certifications and awards, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
