Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, produced to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Every Ors bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is manufactured to EMQ standards, with in-house forging and heat treatment processes. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings, equipped with a snap ring for most sizes. Founded in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
