Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating efficiently at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, conforming to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and featuring C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is manufactured to meet EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded options with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received numerous certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
