ORS Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F and feature ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) along with C3 radial clearance. All ORS bearings are 100% noise tested and produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings available for most sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, ORS Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, within a 1,000,000 square foot production facility. The company holds numerous certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1, among others.
