Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, with an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each Ors bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is manufactured to EMQ standards. The company produces double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey and has received multiple certifications and awards including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
