Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating efficiently at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and are heat-stabilized to 300°F, adhering to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and featuring C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo rigorous 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards. The manufacturing process includes in-house forgings and heat treatment. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with a snap ring for most sizes. Founded in 1982 in Ankara, Turkey, with a production facility covering 1,000,000 square feet, Ors Bearings Inc. has received numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
