Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized bearing type. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F, featuring ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
