ORS Deep Groove Ball Bearings are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and manufactured to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO Normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each ORS bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with all forgings and heat treatments completed in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings available for most sizes. ORS Bearings Inc., established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
