Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are produced with an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature a C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is manufactured to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings, equipped with a snap ring for most sizes. Founded in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and boasts a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
