Ors deep groove ball bearings, also referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating efficiently at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) standards and feature C3 radial clearance. Each Ors bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ specifications, with all forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 and licensed by Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, within a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
