ORs deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F and manufactured with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with all forging and heat treatment processes carried out in-house. ORs offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, ORs Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, within a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
