Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings conform to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment handled in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from its 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey. The company holds a variety of awards and certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, as well as the Ford Q1 certification.
