Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate radial and axial loads while operating at high speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are produced with an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and a C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes rigorous 100% noise testing and is manufactured to EMQ standards. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings featuring a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, within a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
