Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forging and heat treatment processes ensuring quality and consistency. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Founded in 1982 under a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
