Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) standards with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forgings and heat treatment processes ensuring quality. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings, equipped with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors operates a production facility spanning 1,000,000 square feet.
