Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, commonly referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings maintain an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards. The manufacturing process, including forgings and heat treatment, takes place in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Founded in 1982 under a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey. The company holds various certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
