Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads, with the capability of operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings conform to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing is 100% noise tested and produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded options with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, within a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
