Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads and are capable of operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used bearing type. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, manufactured to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received several certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
