Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at high speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel that has been heat-stabilized to 300°F and produced with an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and adheres to EMQ standards. Ors offers a range of double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received numerous certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
