Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing is 100% noise tested and produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearing options with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, in a 1,000,000 square foot production facility, and holds several certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
