Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and adhere to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) along with C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards. The manufacturing process, including forgings and heat treatment, is conducted in-house, and Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, within a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
