Ors P53 deep groove ball bearings are engineered for superior performance in machine tools and other precision equipment where high rotational speed, a high degree of running accuracy, minimal friction and heat generation, as well as quiet and smooth operation are critical. These bearings are specifically designed for applications including machine tools, machine spindles, mills, high-speed turbochargers, aerospace, robotics, and health industrial machinery. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, the bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F and feature ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards. The complete forging and heat treatment processes are performed in-house. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, occupying a 1,000,000 square foot production facility, and has received several accolades and certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, along with the Ford Q1 quality award.
