Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads, making them capable of operating at higher speeds, which contributes to their status as the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey, and has received multiple certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, among others.
