Ors deep groove ball bearings, commonly referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are produced with an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are manufactured to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. The product offering includes double sealed and double shielded variants with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey, and has received numerous certifications and awards, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, among others.
