Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings are designed for accommodating both radial and axial loads, making them suitable for high-speed operations. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature a C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ specifications, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for various sizes. The company, established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and holds several certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, among others.
