Ors deep groove ball bearings, designed for both radial and axial load accommodation, are recognized for their ability to operate at higher speeds, making them the most widely used bearing type. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are manufactured to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment processes conducted in-house. Ors offers a variety of configurations, including double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes.
