Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, produced within ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal), and feature C3 radial clearance. Each of Ors' bearings undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards. The manufacturing process includes in-house forgings and heat treatment, and the range includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors operates from a production facility spanning 1,000,000 square feet. The company holds numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
