Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads, making them suitable for high-speed applications. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized up to 300°F and manufactured to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing is 100% noise tested and produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forgings and heat treatment ensuring quality. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded options with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and holds various certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
