Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads, enabling them to operate at higher speeds, which makes them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F and meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Every Ors bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards. The company performs forgings and heat treatment in-house and offers options such as double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
