Ors deep groove ball bearings, recognized for their ability to accommodate radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, are the most widely used bearing type. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, they meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) specifications and feature C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with forging and heat treatment completed in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey, and holds numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
