Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are engineered to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing in various applications. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F, feature ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal), and possess C3 radial clearance. All of Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forging and heat treatment processes. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 under a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received numerous accolades and certifications such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
