Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while maintaining high operational speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) standards and feature C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ specifications, with all forging and heat treatment processes conducted in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey. The company holds several certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1, among others.
