Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forging and heat treatment processes ensuring quality. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for a variety of sizes. Established in 1982 in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received multiple certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
