Ors deep groove ball bearings, commonly referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings adhere to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to Electric Motor Quality (EMQ) standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and holds multiple certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
