Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads, making them suitable for high-speed applications. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) standards and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards. The manufacturing process, including forgings and heat treatment, is conducted in-house, ensuring quality control. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received multiple certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, along with Ford Q1 certification.
