Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F and manufactured to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings featuring a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. has a production facility spanning 1,000,000 square feet and has received several prestigious certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
