Ors deep groove ball bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and manufactured with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and meets EMQ standards. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes, ensuring high reliability. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey, and has received numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, Ford Q1, among others.
