Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, commonly referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads, and are capable of functioning at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and manufactured with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards. The manufacturing process, including forging and heat treatment, is conducted in-house. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap ring options for most sizes. The company, established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, operates a production facility covering 1,000,000 square feet.
