Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads and are capable of operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each bearing is 100% noise tested and produced to EMQ standards, with all forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded configurations with snap rings available for most sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
