Ors deep groove ball bearings, commonly known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, conforming to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and featuring C3 radial clearance. Every Ors bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards. The production process, including forgings and heat treatment, is conducted in-house. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from its 1,000,000 square foot facility in Ankara, Turkey. The company has earned several certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
