Ors deep groove ball bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are manufactured with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and features a 1,000,000 square foot production facility, holding numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
