Ors Tapered Roller Bearings are separable components consisting of a cone (inner ring) with a roller and cage assembly and a cup (outer ring). They can be assembled separately and are supplied as matched cup and cone sets. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature rollers and raceways that are optimized for line contact, allowing them to carry heavy radial and axial loads effectively. They are designed to support axial loads in one direction, with the option of using a second laterally reversed bearing for loads in the opposite direction, arranged either "back-to-back" or "face-to-face." The pressed steel cage effectively separates the rollers, promoting even distribution to reduce wear and minimize heat generation.
