Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads and can operate at higher speeds, making them the most commonly used type of bearing. Made from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are produced with an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature a C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is manufactured to EMQ standards, with in-house forging and heat treatment processes. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, with a production facility spanning 1,000,000 square feet.
