Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO Normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with all forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 and licensed by Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, with a production facility covering 1,000,000 square feet.
