Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most commonly used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and include C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. Options include double sealed and double shielded configurations with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and holds several certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
