Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and adhere to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each Ors bearing is 100% noise tested and produced to EMQ standards. The manufacturing process, including forgings and heat treatment, is conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility. The company holds numerous certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
