Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
